The world needs Charles Action Figures! 
I converted a 7 inch Noah Bennet (from Heroes [link]) into our beloved manager. Just repainted his shirt, tie and glasses. I forgot that I also painted his eyes brown and green, so they are the mysterious hazel. haha. His suit is the darker gray of season 3
He already came with a gun, and that is Pirates of the Caribbean - Will Tuner's sword.
